This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and restrictions for accessing and using Deke Data. By using the platform, you agree to comply with the following requirements. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

1. Prohibited Data Activities

You may not:

  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data using bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated tools

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish data, projections, player profiles, or analytics

  • Use platform outputs to build or assist competing products or machine-learning models

  • Attempt to download, bulk-export, or systematically collect data from the platform

2. Security Restrictions

You may not:

  • Attempt to bypass login systems, authentication mechanisms, or access controls

  • Probe, scan, or test the platform for vulnerabilities

  • Upload or distribute malicious software, viruses, or harmful code

  • Interfere with servers, infrastructure, or platform functionality

3. User Conduct Requirements

You may not:

  • Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful information about any athlete

  • Harass or target athletes, parents, teams, or organizations using platform insights

  • Misrepresent platform outputs as guarantees or certainties

  • Use Deke Data for any unlawful, abusive, or unethical purpose

4. Account & Access Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share login credentials or allow others to access your account

  • Sell, rent, or transfer access to any third party

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or access proprietary systems, models, or code

5. Enforcement

Deke Data may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, at our discretion, without refund.
