Deke Data displays publicly available information related to youth and junior hockey athletes. We do not collect personal information directly from minors.

How Athlete Information Is Obtained

All player profiles are created using information from:

• Public league websites

• Public team rosters

• Publicly accessible game sheets and statistics

• Information submitted by parents, guardians, coaches, or organizations

We do not ask minors to create accounts or submit personal information.

Parental Rights

Parents or legal guardians may request:

• Corrections to player information

• Updates to height, weight, or biographical data

• Removal of a player profile

Requests can be sent to support@dekedata.com and will be handled promptly.

Compliance

Deke Data complies with youth data guidelines under COPPA, PIPEDA, and GDPR by:

• Not collecting data directly from minors

• Only displaying public or parent/organization-provided information

• Providing correction and removal rights

• Restricting use of player data to non-sensitive athletic information
