This policy outlines how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled for Deke Data users. All billing is processed securely through Stripe.
1. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
You will be billed according to the plan you selected (monthly or annual).
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.
We do not offer refunds for unused time.
3. Refunds
Deke Data does not provide prorated refunds.
Refund requests for accidental purchases or duplicate charges may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
Billing begins automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial expires.
Users will be notified of trial terms at sign-up.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed:
Stripe may automatically retry failed charges
Access may be temporarily paused until payment is successful
Prolonged non-payment may result in cancellation of your subscription
