End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement governs your access to and use of the Deke Data platform. By using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. License Grant

Deke Data grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal or professional evaluation purposes.

This license does not grant ownership of the platform or any underlying technology, data, or intellectual property.

2. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute platform content

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access source code, models, or systems

• Use platform data to build or assist competing analytical tools or services

• Download, export, or attempt to extract large quantities of data

• Circumvent security features or access controls

• Sell, sublicense, or transfer your account or access to others

3. Ownership

All platform content—including but not limited to:

• Predictive models

• Prospect Scores

• Draft Probabilities

• Player databases

• League Hub

• Draft Hub

• UI/UX designs

• Software

• Visuals and analytics

—is the exclusive property of Deke Data.

No intellectual property rights are transferred to you through platform use.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

• Provide accurate information when submitting corrections or updates

• Comply with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy

5. Termination

Deke Data may revoke or suspend your access to the platform at any time if:

• You violate this EULA

• You violate the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service

• You misuse or attempt to exploit platform data

No refunds will be issued for violations resulting in account termination.
