All content available on or generated by the Deke Data platform is the exclusive property of Deke Data, including but not limited to:

• Draft Probabilities

• League Hub

• Draft Hub

• Player comparisons and analytics

• Predictive models and algorithms

• Statistical methods, formulas, and development curves

• Databases, data compilations, and data structures

• Software code

• UI/UX designs, layouts, and visual elements

• Charts, graphics, and visualizations

• Written content and documentation

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

2. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any platform content

• Scrape or extract data, manually or through automation

• Train external machine-learning models using Deke Data information

• Redistribute or commercially exploit platform data

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate proprietary analysis

• Create derivative works based on Deke Data materials

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Permitted Use

Users may:

• View and access content for personal or internal evaluation

• Use platform insights to inform decision-making

• Download materials explicitly made available for download (if any)

No intellectual property rights are transferred through platform access.
